REFUND POLICY:

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS: Our policy is valid for 7 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone after your purchase, and we do not accept returns for personalised orders.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

Unless and until the item received is damaged, incorrect, or broken, the client is liable for any return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Jajmolegacy maintains the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original state, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons other than our error. 

We sell handcrafted leather goods, and 5-10% variation in leather colour, fitting concerns, different buckles than mentioned on the listing, thread colour difference, and certain leather uneven cuts are possible. We always endeavour to limit that percentage, however owing to human faults, it may occur. We do not consider these concerns to be manufacturing faults, therefore we do not provide free returns for them.

REFUNDS:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will tell you through email or phone call that we have received your returned item. Within 5-7 days of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.


SHIPPING IN CASE OF RETURN:

If you believe your goods are qualified for a return, please send it to jajmolegacy@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that you will be liable for your own shipping fees when returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. 


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) :

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at jajmolegacy@gmail.com and send us your item.
