Shipping Policy


We guarantee our customers one of the most enjoyable and dependable online buying experiences. We take care of all factors to ensure that your order arrives in good condition.

The order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from the warehouse. When the package is delivered, the consumer can initiate a return request if he or she receives defective goods.

Following the 12-24 hour order processing period, the approximate delivery times are as follows.

Shipping is free (4-7 business days).

Shipping is expedited (3-5 business days).

T&C: A few of our leather goods are manufactured to order or occasionally under production since we don't stock products as much as we can because it affects our cash flow and we want to give fresh leather goods to each and every customer, and they ship when they are available in stock. Even if you choose any of the following shipping methods, the actual delivery time may vary due to unforeseen situations.

Paid shipping cut-off time is 2 pm; orders placed after 2 pm will ship the following business day. 

International Shipping

Jajmolegacy ships worldwide, and even the most remote locations can be reached within 7-15 business days.

The value of a shipment of items imported by one individual on one day exempt from customs and taxes for US customers is $800.

Goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from tariffs, taxes, and levies for Australian clients.

Shipments to non-EU customers may be subject to import fees and taxes upon arrival. Because this varies by country, please contact your local tax authorities for further information.

Please be aware that big orders may incur additional import duty for EU consumers, so please plan to contact your local customs office.

Please take special care of bulk orders that are likely to violate these limits.


In the event of a late delivery, Jajmolegacy will do everything necessary to send your package to you as soon as possible. However, unless your item is shipped late, we cannot assume responsibility or issue reimbursements for shipments that are delayed due to our couriers' negligence or customs clearance delays.
